How do I retreive a lost serial number?

If you have registered Auction Aux, you can retreive your order history and serial number from the History Request Page.

What benefits does registration offer?

Registration entitles you to unlimited use of the current version of Auction Aux. You will also receive unlimited use of updates for one year after the date of your purchase.

How can I report a problem with the program?

As with all shareware, personal support will have to be limited, but I will attempt to help users as much as I can, within reason. If you are experiencing problems bidding or need help explaining potential problems, please email support@auctionaux.com and include an attached debugging package.

How can I transfer my Auction Station registration?

If you have purchased Auction Station after November 2003, you qualify for a free Auction Aux registration. Please fill out a registration transfer request.
